Role & Responsibilities :
1. Conceptualizing, shooting, and editing User Generated Content (UGC) video that aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.

2. Staying up-to-date on the latest Reels / TikTok trends, challenges, and features to inform content creation.

3. Collaborating with cross-functional team to ensure the outputs align with the project objectives.

4. Analyzing content performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

5. Adapting Reels / TikTok content for other social media platforms as needed.

Qualifications :

1. Min. 1 year of experience in content creation, preferably within a creative agency

2. Strong creative and artistic abilities with a keen eye for videography & design aesthetics.

3. Strong ability to conceptualize, execute (shoot and produce), and edit engaging content specifically for Reels & TikTok.

4. Strong understanding of Reels / TikTok trends, features, and best practices for maximizing reach and engagement.

5. Proficiency in video editing software and mobile editing apps relevant to TikTok content creation (Capcut / VN)

6. A keen interest across various industries; excelling in a specific industry is a plus.

7. Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.

9. Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
