WE ARE HIRING: CONTENT CREATOR
PT Media Periklanan Indonesia is looking for a creative talent to join our team as a Content Creator. You will play a key role in designing and producing engaging digital content for our retail business ecosystem, which includes: Bluecore, PVET Clinic, Cattery/Petcore, and Farmcore.
Job Description:
Content Strategy Design: Create creative and relevant monthly content plans for each business unit (Bluecore, PVET Clinic, Cattery/Petcore, and Farmcore) by adapting to their respective brand voices.
End-to-End Content Production: Manage the entire content creation process from brainstorming ideas, scriptwriting, and shooting (photo/video), to editing for TikTok, Instagram (Reels/Feed), and YouTube Shorts.
On-Camera Talent: Act as the main talent or host in promotional and educational videos, as well as live streaming sessions to increase audience engagement.
Target-Oriented: Take full responsibility for achieving social media metric targets (such as views, engagement rate, follower growth, and conversion/leads) set by the company.
Trend & Competitor Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest audio trends, filters, and content formats on social media, and apply them relevantly to the retail, pet care, and agriculture industries.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Marketing team and the operations team of each business unit to ensure content aligns with ongoing promotional campaigns or events.
Qualifications:
Female.
25-35 years old.
Proven experience as a Content Creator, specifically in the retail industry.
Accustomed to working with measurable targets (views, engagement, conversions) and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficient in video and photo editing applications (such as CapCut, VN, Canva, Adobe Premiere/Illustrator).
Confident, communicative, and expressive when appearing in front of the camera.
Must have a content portfolio (especially short videos/Reels/TikTok) demonstrating a high level of creativity and good engagement.
Plus: Having a basic interest or knowledge in pets (for PVET & Petcore) and the agriculture/farming industry (for Farmcore) is a strong advantage.
