Job Description:
- Create and develop engaging content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos
- Stay up-to-date with trends and implement them into content strategy
- Manage content calendar and ensure consistent posting
- Monitor and evaluate content performance
- Collaborate with internal team for campaign and branding needs
- Support live streaming activities when required
Requirements:
- Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in content creation or social media
- Familiar with TikTok & Instagram trends and algorithms
- Able to do basic video editing (CapCut, VN, etc.)
- Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of content performance metrics is a plus
- Ability to use Adobe Photoshop and other editing tools is a plus
- Able to speak English is a must (Basic english)
