Job Description:
- Come up with creative storylines and content concepts that connect with our audience and keep up with what's trending on social media.
- Get hands-on during production — whether that means stepping in front of the camera as talent or behind it as the cameraman.
- Edit footage using CapCut (or your editing tool of choice) to turn raw footage into publish-ready content.
- Handle the posting and scheduling of content across platforms like TikTok and Instagram, in line with the content plan.
- Take full ownership of the content process from idea to upload, and help the team stay on track to hit KPI targets.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates from any major are welcome to apply (min. Diploma/Bachelor's degree).
- Have a strong, distinct persona — confident on camera and naturally creative.
- Know your way around UGC-style content, with a portfolio to back it up.
- Comfortable editing with CapCut or similar tools.
- Able to work onsite Monday to Friday at our Bandung office (Jl. Raden Patah), ready to join right away, and up for occasional overtime with a persistent, can-do attitude when chasing KPIs.
