Role Summary
Membuat konten harian untuk Constant di IG & TikTok dengan fokus pada video (Reels & TikTok) yang engaging, relatable, dan trend-driven.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Production
• Shoot & edit konten harian (Reels & TikTok)
• Membuat 1–2 video per hari
• Produksi konten:
o Product showcase
o Lifestyle
o POV / storytelling
o Trend adaptation
2. Trend Execution
• Aktif mencari dan mengikuti trend TikTok
• Adaptasi trend ke brand Constant
3. Event & Field Content
• Ambil footage saat event / booth / activation
• Capture real customer reaction (VERY IMPORTANT)
Requirements
• Skill video shooting & editing (CapCut / Premiere / etc)
• Paham TikTok & IG Reels
• Comfortable bekerja cepat
• Creative & tidak takut eksplor ide
