Gymnasium Bali is looking for a creative, self-driven Content Creator to capture and produce content that reflects our energy, community, and performance-driven culture. You'll own the visual storytelling across our social platforms — from workout reels to member features and event coverage.
Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) for Instagram and YouTube
- Capture high-quality photos and videos during classes, training sessions, and events
- Edit content with strong pacing, trending audio, and on-brand styling
- Liaise and communicate professionally with talents, models, and influencers during shoots and collaborations
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content calendars and campaigns
- Stay current on fitness, lifestyle, and social media trends
- Manage raw footage, organize a content library, and meet posting schedules
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in content creation, videography, or social media (portfolio required)
- Proficient in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Strong eye for composition, lighting, and trend-aware editing
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal skills — able to communicate and coordinate confidently with talents and influencers
- Health-conscious and physically fit, with a genuine passion for fitness and an active lifestyle
- Comfortable being on-site and shooting in a gym environment
- Knowledge of Instagram & TikTok best practices and current trends
- Able to work independently and hit deadlines
- Based in or near Ubud, or willing to commute
Nice to Have
- Able to operate (camera, gimbal, or capable phone setup)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
- Experience growing a social account or personal brand
