Our client is a Bali-based regenerative wellness company specializing in premium moringa products. They operate an integrated business model that includes organic moringa farms, a licensed production facility, and a corporate office, ensuring full control over quality from cultivation to finished goods. With a strong commitment to sustainability, ethical practices, and health innovation, the company combines regenerative agriculture with modern manufacturing to serve both local and international markets.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Content Creator to own the company’s entire creative production function, from concept development and shooting to editing and final delivery. You will produce high volume video and image content for paid ads, marketplaces, and social media, while managing freelance support for larger productions.
Responsibilities:
- Shoot and edit short form vertical videos for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shopee, and Tokopedia.
- Create UGC style, talking head, product demo, testimonial, educational, founder-led, ASMR, unboxing, farm, and factory content.
- Produce multiple hook variations for creative testing and deliver content quickly.
- Create marketplace listing images, banners, A+ content, social statics, and carousels.
- Develop and analyze creative ideas based on market trends, ad performance, and customer behavior.
- Ensure all supplement and cosmetic content complies with BPOM claim regulations.
- Produce content in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Support the Creator & Live Commerce Manager with creator briefs and repurpose affiliate footage into ad-ready content.
- Organize and tag all assets in the shared content library.
- Brief and manage freelancers for larger scale productions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience producing short form vertical video.
- Applicants must submit a portfolio demonstrating previous work, preferably including performance metrics such as views, retention, CTR, or conversions.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent; capable of solo shooting, lighting, sound, framing, photography, Lightroom, and Photoshop/basic retouching.
- Creative and able to produce high volumes of content.
- Comfortable using AI tools for ideation, scripting, editing assistance, and asset generation.
- Willing to work on site in Bali, with regular travel to the Karangasem farm and company factory.
Nice to Have (additional requirement):
- Experience creating content for supplements, wellness, beauty, or premium F&B.
- Motion graphics and subtitle design skills.
- Experience creating marketplace and live commerce assets.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and presenting products or concepts.
- Experience managing freelance creatives or production support.
For this position, the client’s budget is between IDR 10,000,000–15,000,000 per month, depending on experience and portfolio.
