Overview:
The Content Creator is responsible for designing, producing, and managing engaging content across various digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative content ideas and produce multimedia content (photo, video, captions, etc.).
- Conduct trend research and audience analysis for content planning.
- Act as on-camera talent when needed.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and social media teams.
- Schedule and publish content across multiple social platforms.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments/messages.
- Analyze content performance and provide regular reports.
- Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across content.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in content creation or social media (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Highly creative, proactive, and trend-aware.
- Skilled in editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.
- Comfortable being on camera.
- Understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms.
- Strong communication skills and team player.
- (Optional) Proficient in English.
