Responsibilities
- Develop creative content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging content in the form of videos, reels, photos, and social media posts.
- Develop content concepts, scripts, captions, and storylines that align with brand objectives.
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and audience preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor content performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Support product promotions, brand awareness, and audience engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum D3 education; a background in Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in content creation and social media management is an advantage.
- Creative, communicative, and confident in developing fresh content ideas.
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current social media trends.
- Able to write engaging scripts and captions.
- Understand basic video editing tools such as CapCut or equivalent.
- Comfortable appearing on camera or directing talent when needed.
- Interested in the automotive industry, especially motorcycles, is a plus.
- Able to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio or examples of previous content are preferred.
