Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or in a similar role, supported by a strong portfolio of creative work.
- Active social media user with a deep understanding of platform mechanics, algorithms, and trends across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
- Prior experience in the fintech industry, digital service products, or app marketing is a strong plus.
Technical & Creative Skills
- Creative thinker capable of generating fresh, engaging, and out-of-the-box content ideas.
- Proficient in mobile video production (able to shoot independently) and basic editing using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or similar applications.
Personal Attributes & Soft Skills
- High confidence and enthusiasm for being on camera as the primary brand talent.
- Expressive, cheerful, and energetic personality with a natural ability to bring positive vibes on screen.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-groomed and presentable
Working Condition
- Willing to work full-time On-Site / Work From Office (WFO) and actively participate in physical content production activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Creation: Conceptualize, script, and create engaging, high-quality short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) tailored to Viapulsa’s brand voice and target audience.
- On-Camera Talent: Act as the primary face and voice of the brand, confidently delivering on-camera performances, voiceovers, and hosting organic social media content.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of social media trends, viral audio, pop culture, and internet memes, adapting them quickly into relevant marketing content for Viapulsa.
- Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with the marketing team to align content strategies with campaign goals, product updates, and promotional initiatives.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze video performance metrics and audience engagement to continuously refine content strategies and improve reach
