Job Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, Videographer, Video Editor, or similar role.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, Visual Communication Design, Broadcasting, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, including current trends and content formats.
• Experienced in photo and video production, including shooting, lighting, composition, and framing.
• Proficient in photo and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar software.
• Able to independently handle the content creation process from ideation to final editing.
• Creative, visually oriented, and able to develop fresh and engaging content ideas.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of brand aesthetics.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Willing to conduct on-site shooting and product content production when required.
• Portfolio is required, preferably showcasing social media content, photography, videography, and video editing work.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and create engaging and creative content for the brand’s social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
• Develop content ideas and concepts that align with the brand identity, target audience, and marketing objectives.
• Produce high-quality photo and video content for social media and digital marketing purposes.
• Handle the end-to-end content creation process, from concept development, shooting, editing, to final content delivery.
• Act as a videographer/photographer during content production and product shoots.
• Edit photos and videos into engaging and visually appealing social media content.
• Create short-form content such as Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, product videos, promotional content, and campaign materials.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content, sounds, formats, and creative styles relevant to the brand.
• Collaborate with the Marketing/Brand team to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
• Ensure all content maintains consistency with the brand’s visual identity, tone, and positioning.
• Organize and maintain photo, video, and other creative assets.
• Monitor content performance and provide creative recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
