Key Responsibilities :
- Act as on-screen talent and host for video content across social media platforms.
- Plan, script, film, and edit engaging short-form videos with strong storytelling and visual quality.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, sounds, filters, and viral formats to maximize reach and engagement.
- Apply deep platform understanding—especially TikTok—to optimize content performance and audience growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to align content with campaign goals and brand identity.
- Analyze content performance metrics and continuously improve creative strategy.
- Maintain consistent posting schedules and manage content calendars.
Requirements :
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or related fields.
- Strong communication, creativity, and confidence presenting on camera.
- Proficiency in content tools such as TikTok Studio, CapCut, Canva, and basic video/photo editing software.
- Active social media presence or portfolio demonstrating content style and performance.
- Understanding of audience engagement, storytelling techniques, and brand voice consistency.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to trends.
