Content Creator

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop content ideas and creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
2. Act as lead storyteller, setting the tone and authenticity standard for UGC content across brand accounts
3. Translate brand positioning into compelling storytelling across social platforms
4. Create scripts, storyboards, and structured content plans
5. Confidently appear on camera, representing the brand in a professional and polished manner
6. Collaborate closely with Strategists, Performance team, and Creative Lead
7. Ensure all outputs reflect the brand’s tone, visual identity, and messaging
8. Research trends and adapt them strategically to fit the brand

Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Creative Media, or related field
2. Minimum 1 year experience as a Content Creator (agency background is a strong plus)
3. Familiar with UGC/KOC formats, storytelling structures, and platform-native content mechanics
4. Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling ability
5. Solid understanding of brand positioning and visual consistency Confident and articulate on camera, with a professional presence
6. Detail-oriented
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
8. Confident presenting and articulating ideas internally and to clients
