a. Content Creation
• Plan and create content for the company’s social media accounts.
• Develop ideas for photos, videos, reels, stories, and captions
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and visual identity
b. Publishing & Management
• Maintain consistent posting schedules
• Manage daily interactions, comments, and community engagement
• Monitor trends and identify content opportunities
d. Campaigns & Collaborations
• Support digital campaigns and partnerships
• Working with Public Relation to help manage brand collaborations
e. Analytics & Reporting
• Track performance using platform insights
• Prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, and growth
• Provide recommendations to improve future content and campaigns
Minimum Qualifications: Requirement:
• Open to Indonesian nationals only.
• Passionate about social media and an active daily user
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current content trends
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• 1 – 2 years experience managing brand social media accounts
• Ability to work full-time, on-site in Canggu
• Skilled with basic design and editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
