Requrements:
- Min 1 year experience as UGC Content Creator (in an agency or creative industry is a plus)
- High-energy, creative, and not easily embarrassed
- Up-to-date with TikTok trends and familiar with UGC Content.
- Able to act confidently in front of the camera.
- Point plus if you can edit videos (CapCut or similar apps).
- Has a good sense of humor and wild ideas that can make content relatable and viral.
- Able to work fast, collaborate well, and take strong initiative.
What You'll Do :
- Create and execute fun, relevant, and engaging content ideas for TikTok and Reels.
- Up-to-date with TikTok trends so our content stays fresh and on point.
- Able to shoot videos independently or with the team, and comfortable appearing on camera.
- Produce short-form videos on a daily basis.
- Optimize captions, hashtags, and posting times to maximize performance.
- Analyze content performance and provide creative insights to the marketing team.
