We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content Creator (TikTok) to join our team. You will be responsible for creating engaging, relatable, and high-performing content tailored for TikTok, aligned with EduALL’s brand and audience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute creative TikTok content ideas aligned with brand goals
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, sounds, and formats, and adapt them into relevant content
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for TikTok
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and messaging
- Analyze content performance and continuously optimize based on insights
- Maintain consistency in posting and ensure content quality meets brand standards
- Experiment with new content formats to increase reach and engagement
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation (TikTok-focused preferred)
- Experience in the education or service industry is a plus
- Active TikTok user with a strong understanding of current trends and platform dynamics
- Strong creativity and storytelling skills
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools)
- Confident in creating content (on-camera is a plus)
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Fast learner, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
