Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Previous experience in Content Creation, Digital Marketing, Social Media, or Marketing Communication is a plus.
3. Proficient in content creation, copywriting, and social media management.
4. Good understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, content planning, and social media analytics.
5. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
6. Strong creative sense, storytelling skills, and understanding of branding.
7. Confident and comfortable appearing on camera for content production, campaigns, and events.
8. Basic video editing skills are a plus.
9. Experience as an MC, host, presenter, or on-camera talent is a plus.
10. Proactive, adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable working across multiple brands and content needs.
Job Descriptions:
1. Manage and develop social media contents
2. Develop content plans, briefs, copywriting, captions, and scripts tailored to each brand’s needs.
3. Create various types of content for social media, marketing campaigns, corporate communications, and product communications.
4. Participate directly in content production, including appearing on camera and performing basic video editing.
5. Support content needs for events, marketing initiatives, branding, and communication activities.
6. Monitor content performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve future content.
7. Collaborate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders throughout the ideation, production, and publishing processes.
