Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and high-quality content including social media updates, videos, and photos.
- Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publication across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging digital tools to keep content relevant and innovative.
- Track content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement based on metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design Graphic, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficient in Canva, Figma, Capcut, and other design tools.
- Proven experience in social media content creation; experience in the F&B industry is a plus.
- Creative, energetic, and adept at creating viral content. Demonstrated ability to deliver results within deadlines.
- Willing to work full-time from the office.
