We're looking for a creative Content Creator to help grow Gather through authentic, engaging content.

Gather is a brunch café in Pererenan built around gathering over great coffee & sharable food. We're looking for someone who can capture the atmosphere of our café and turn everyday moments into content that people love to follow.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, offering plenty of creative freedom and room to grow.

What You'll Do

Content Creation

• Create photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms
• Capture our coffee, food, team, guests and café atmosphere
• Produce behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content
• Edit photos and videos
• Create engaging Reels and short-form videos
• Help develop creative concepts and storytelling

Social Media

• Manage daily Instagram Stories
• Publish 3 feed posts and 1 Reel per week
• Respond to comments and direct messages
• Maintain a consistent visual identity
• Stay up to date with social media trends while ensuring content stays true to the Gather brand

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Lives in Bali
• Has experience creating content for brands (hospitality experience is a plus)
• Owns a camera and editing equipment/software
• Has strong photography and videography skills
• Understands Instagram and TikTok
• Has an eye for aesthetics, detail and storytelling
• Is proactive, organized and reliable
• Enjoys working independently but is open to feedback
• Speaks sufficient English
• Can provide a portfolio of previous work

What We're NOT Looking For

• Generic content that feels overly commercial
• AI-looking or impersonal content
• Chasing every trend without considering the brand
• Beautiful visuals without personality or storytelling

Selected candidates will join a paid one-day trial where you'll work on a real content assignment.
