Content Creator Personal Branding (@madebymichael.a)

We are looking for a highly creative and trend-aware Content Creator to build and scale the personal brand of madebymichael.a, the CEO of madebyhumans, a Creative Technology Agency specializing in AI, AR, immersive experiences, and next-generation digital campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone obsessed with creating viral content, understands internet culture deeply, and is passionate about the intersection of Marketing, AI, and AR Technology.

You will work closely and directly with the CEO to create English-language content focused on innovation, entrepreneurship, AI, creative technology, future trends, and personal branding. This is a highly collaborative role where you will be involved in ideation, strategy, filming, storytelling, and growth experimentation.

The ideal candidate understands how to capture attention, create shareable moments, and turn ideas into high-performing content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Threads.


Location

* Must be based in Bali, preferably around the Canggu area

* Required to meet several times a week for content shooting and production sessions


Responsibilities

* Develop and execute content strategies for the personal brand of madebymichael.a

* Create viral-ready content optimized for engagement, shares, and audience growth

* Brainstorm and execute creative concepts around AI, AR, entrepreneurship, innovation, and digital culture

* Produce short-form and long-form content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X

* Research trends, formats, hooks, and storytelling techniques that perform well online

* Write compelling scripts, captions, hooks, and educational/entertaining content in English

* Collaborate directly with the CEO during ideation and production sessions

* Analyze content performance and continuously optimize based on metrics and trends

* Stay updated with social media algorithms, creator economy trends, AI tools, and emerging technologies

* Help shape and scale a strong global-facing personal brand


Requirements

* Strong passion for Marketing, AI, and AR Technology

* Proven experience creating viral or high-performing social content

* Strong understanding of personal branding and audience psychology

* Excellent English writing and communication skills

* Deep understanding of internet culture and short-form storytelling

* Ability to independently ideate, shoot, edit, and publish content

* Skilled in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar creative tools

* Understanding of AI-powered creative tools is a strong advantage

* Creative, proactive, highly online, and trend-sensitive

* Comfortable working directly with founders/executives in a fast-moving environment


Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory)
