Core Responsibilities
Strategy & Ideation: Develop long-term content strategies and lead brainstorming sessions to keep up with trends.
Team Leadership: Guide junior team members, evaluate performance, and delegate production tasks (writing, filming, editing).
Analytics & Optimization: Monitor campaign metrics, adjust strategies based on audience engagement, and drive sales conversions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with overarching business goals.
Key Skills Required
Content Strategy & Planning: Deep understanding of platform algorithms (TikTok, Instagram,Shoppe).
Creative Execution: Proficiency in content operations, creative/content writing, and editing.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable steps.
Communication: Strong leadership skills to mentor teams and convey brand voice.
Qualifications:
- Have a content creator portfolio and active social media/content account.
- Minimum 1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome with a strong portfolio.
- Passionate about lifestyle, beauty, wellness, and creative production.
- Based in or willing to work in Bogor and surrounding areas.
