Company Description
Smart Parents Network is an advertising agency focused on the development of family influencers in Indonesia, including mom influencers, dad influencers, and kids influencers.
With a total of 12,000 influencer members within our network, we are confident in our ability to be part of the solution for brands to achieve their various objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Translate creative briefs provided by the Social Media Specialist into engaging, high-quality visual and written content (videos, photos, graphics, and captions) tailored for specific platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Film, edit, and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and static assets in alignment with company guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Draft creative scripts, hooks, and storyboards based on the content strategy and direction outlined in team briefs.
- Act as the primary face or voice of the company when required, delivering authentic on-screen talent performance, voiceovers, or interviews.
- Identify trending audio, formats, and viral concepts, swiftly proposing ways to adapt them into current content briefs.
- Work closely with the Social Media Specialist to incorporate feedback, review content performance metrics, and refine creative output for future campaigns.
Requirements:
- Final year students in Communication, Business, Marketing, Public Relation or a related field.
- Having internship or working experience in social media preferred.
- Exceptional creativity and strong content writing skills, with a track record of developing innovative, engaging content ideas.
- Attractive personality, honest, and able to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with basic content creation/editing tools (e.g., Canva, and capcut).
- Willing to work from office.
- Able to join ASAP.
- Willing to commit to deliver maximum results during the 6 months paid internship.
