We don't just chase meaningless viral trends; our core focus is on Marketing Strategy Breakdown & Consumer Protection. Our mission is to produce Ethical UGC (User Generated Content) that is honest, educational, and free from cheap tricks to help local brands (MSMEs) grow sustainably.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities):
- Ideation & Scripting: Brainstorm TikTok/Reels concepts directly with the founder, craft killer hooks, and write natural, engaging storytelling scripts.
- Production: Be the on-camera talent or the creative mind behind the scenes for our social media channels or assigned to our clients.
- Video Editing & Design: Execute fast-paced video editing using CapCut and create supporting visual assets (like video covers or simple pitch decks) using Canva.
- Trend Monitoring: Keep a close eye on the latest audio trends, transitions, and hook formats to adapt them creatively.
Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Final-year university students or fresh graduates in Communication Studies, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Marketing, Literature, or related fields.
- Any major with basic understanding of content creation are welcome to apply.
- A true Digital Native who spends way too much time decoding TikTok and Instagram Reels algorithms.
- Proficient in modern content creation tools, specifically CapCut (mobile and desktop) and Canva.
- Solid copywriting and storytelling skills, casual, authentic, and highly relatable to Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
- Confident on camera with a clear, engaging, and natural communication style.
- Willing to work on remotely.
