Job Description:

• Brainstorm and develop creative short-form video ideas

• Write engaging scripts, hooks, captions, and on-screen text

• Produce & edit videos using tools like CapCut

• Stay updated with TikTok & Instagram trends

• Collaborate with creative & social media team

• Analyze content performance for improvement

• Appear on camera when needed

Requirements:

• Final-year student (creative/media/communication background)

• Strong understanding of short-form content (hooks, retention, virality)

• Highly creative and trend-aware

• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram & internet culture

• Confident, expressive, and comfortable on camera

• Able to use AI tools for ideation

• Proactive, collaborative, fast learner
