Job Description

1. Assist in creating engaging and trend-driven content for social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
2. Support the planning, shooting, and editing of short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
3. Participate as on-camera talent/model for fashion and lifestyle content when needed
4. Help develop creative content ideas aligned with brand identity and marketing goals
5. Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar platforms
6. Add basic transitions, captions, audio, and visual elements to improve content quality
7. Collaborate with the marketing and creative team for campaign execution
8. Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and audience preferences
9. Ensure content is delivered on time and follows brand guidelines
10. Support content performance tracking and engagement improvement initiatives

Qualifications

1. Final year student or fresh graduate from any major, preferably Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, Film, or related fields
2. Interested in social media, content creation, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry
3. Comfortable appearing and speaking in front of the camera
4. Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
5. Creative, communicative, and eager to learn
6. Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current social media trends
7. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
8. Having a portfolio, TikTok account, Instagram content, or previous creative work is a plus
9. Available for internship period according to company requirements
