About the Role:
Hotto is a daily multigrain nutrition drink made for healthy lifestyle. We're looking for someone who share the same vision and wants to learn how to make people stop scrolling for it.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content research & ideation: Monitor TikTok trends and health/nutrition conversations in Indonesia. Turn them into content ideas that fit Hotto's positioning.
• Script & hook writing: Write scripts in natural, conversational Indonesian. Translate nutrition concepts into language people actually understand and finish watching.
• Production & editing: As a part of team, you'll contribute or do the shoot and edit TikTok videos (CapCut-level editing). Being comfortable on camera is a plus.
• Publish Tiktok: Manage captions and hashtag. Make sure posting time align with posting schedule to make content discoverable in TikTok search.
• Performance tracking: Track performance data, and participate in weekly report. Voice on what you've worked, analyze the result, and state your hypothesis.
What We're Looking For:
• Final-year student or fresh graduate preferably in Nutrition (Gizi), Public Health (Kesmas), Food Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related health field
• Heavy TikTok user. You should be able to explain why a video worked, not just that it went viral.
• Able to write in natural, everyday Indonesian — not stiff, not textbook, not translated English.
• Basic video editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar).
• Curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable reading a journal abstract or checking a source before writing a claim.
• Open to feedback and fast iteration. Content here gets tested, killed, and rebuilt often.
