Responsibilities:
1. Plan, develop, and execute content strategies for influencer campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
2. Collaborate with and direct influencers professionally, ensuring brand alignment and high-quality content output.
3 . Apply visual direction and storytelling principles to create content that resonates with target audiences.
4. Monitor trends, platform updates, and digital developments to keep content relevant and competitive.
5. Manage campaign timelines and deliver content on schedule, meeting campaign KPIs and targets.
6. Proactively initiate content ideas and strategies with minimal supervision.
7. Conduct on-site or field work as needed, including travel for campaign production and events.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Communications, Design, Film/Video Production, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or influencer campaign execution.
- Well-versed in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — including formats, algorithms, and best practices.
- Up-to-date with content trends and the evolving digital landscape; able to translate trends into actionable ideas.
- Able to professionally direct, brief, and coordinate with influencers to achieve campaign goals.
- Foundational understanding of narrative structure, visual aesthetics, and content composition.
- Strong communicator, detail-oriented, and able to propose and drive content strategy independently.
- Comfortable working under pressure, managing multiple campaign timelines simultaneously.
- Willing to work in a mobile or WFO setup, and available for business travel when needed.
- A portfolio showcasing past social media content, influencer campaigns, or creative productions is a strong plus.
