Content Creator – Digimaru (Surabaya)
As a Content Creator at Digimaru, you’ll support our team in managing the daily content production for our social media platforms — from ideation and creation to publishing and monitoring performance (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging and relevant content ideas aligned with brand identity.
- Design visual assets (feed, story, reels, videos, carousels) using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or other editing platforms.
- Create and edit short-form video content (Reels/TikTok) with a focus on storytelling and trend adaptation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan posting schedules and ensure consistent branding across channels.
- Monitor content performance and provide basic insights for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management (fresh graduates with portfolios are welcome).
- Skilled in basic design and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, VN, etc.).
- Creative, detail-oriented, and up to date with digital and social media trends.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of social media engagement strategies is a plus.
- Positive attitude, willing to learn, and adaptable to a fast-moving digital environment.
