We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor & Content Creator to join our growing team in Bali. This is a full-time role for someone who lives and breathes content, understands social media trends, and can turn ideas into high-quality photo and video content that captures attention and drives engagement. You will be responsible for filming, editing, creating, and delivering content across multiple brands, venues, events, and marketing campaigns.
Location: Ungasan, Bali, Indonesia
Working: Monday to Saturday
Position: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver engaging content for social media platforms.
- Create short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and websites.
- Capture professional photo and video content across various locations and events.
- Edit content to a high standard using professional editing software.
- Design graphics, thumbnails, social media assets, and marketing materials.
- Work closely with management and marketing teams to execute content strategies and campaigns.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, content styles, and platform updates.
- Organise and manage media libraries, project files, and content calendars.
- Assist with content planning, creative concepts, and campaign development.
- Cover events, activations, and day-to-day business operations when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, Content Creator, Videographer, or similar role.
- Strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience shooting with professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, audio equipment, and lighting gear.
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software are highly desirable.
- Understanding of storytelling, pacing, editing techniques, and content performance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Must own an iPhone.
- Valid motorbike licence and access to a motorbike.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating content for hospitality, lifestyle, fitness, tourism, travel, surf, or event brands.
- Drone operation and editing experience.
- Motion graphics and animation experience.
- Experience managing social media accounts and content scheduling.
- Understanding of paid advertising creatives and performance-driven content.
