* Min. 1 year experience in Social Media / Content Creation

* Up-to-date with TikTok, Instagram & Gen Z trends

* Terbiasa *explore & develop fresh content ideas* secara mandiri

* Punya strong sense of storytelling & visual content

* Menguasai *modern & dynamic video editing* (CapCut/Premiere or similar)

* Paham editing style yang engaging: hook, pacing, text, sound & transitions

* Bisa membuat content plan & social media strategy

* Comfortable handling & directing talents untuk kebutuhan konten

* Paham basic copywriting & social media analytics

* Proactive, fast learner, communicative & full of ideas

* Interest in entertainment, KOL & creator industry is a plus!
