The Island Sports Club, Bali’s premier destination for padel, fitness, and wellness, is looking for a talented Photographer & Videographer to join our dynamic team.

The Island Sports Club operates across multiple stunning locations in Bali, including Cemagi, Berawa, Uluwatu, and Gili T. Our mission is to create a community-driven space where sports enthusiasts come together for competition, wellness, and fun. From world-class padel tournaments to holistic wellness experiences, we aim to be more than just a sports club—we are a lifestyle destination.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 2 years in professional photography and videography, preferably in sports, lifestyle, or event industries.
- Skills: Strong editing abilities (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent). Drone operation experience is a plus.
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in various environments—from beachside courts in Uluwatu to fitness centers in Berawa.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work with athletes, coaches, and team members.
- Passion for Sports: A genuine interest in capturing the essence of padel, fitness, and community spirit.
- Must be based in Bali
Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for visually narrating the vibrant culture of The Island Sports Club. Your work will showcase our tournaments, daily activities, and the community that makes us unique.
- Capture high-quality contents of events, tournaments, and daily club activities across all locations.
- Create compelling visual content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan, shoot, and edit promotional videos and reels.
- Maintain an organized library of digital assets for easy access and use.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with the brand identity of The Island Sports Club.
- Bring creative ideas to life, from teaser campaigns to behind-the-scenes stories.
- Design marketing materials including posters, banners, flyers, advertisements, presentations, and other branding assets.
- Develop creative content ideas and campaigns that enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with management and operational teams to ensure content aligns with company objectives and brand standards.
- Assist in promoting memberships, programs, events, and club services through creative marketing initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
