Requirements:
- Female preferred & Portfolio required.
- 2–3 years experience in content creation or creative roles.
- Strong creative vision & storytelling skills.
- Deep understanding of social media trends & formats.
- Experience in production (shooting/scripting/editing ).
- Good leadership & communication skills.
Responsibilities :
- Lead creative direction & content strategy across platforms (Tiktok, Instagram, etc)
- Develop on-brand content ideas and campaign concepts.
- Manage the content team from ideation to publishing.
- Guide content creator team to ensure quality.
- Research trends to create engaging, high-performing content.
- Oversee production: scripting, shooting, and final delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing to align with campaign goals.
