Job Description :

Watch long-form content (podcasts, vlogs, etc.)
Spot moments that have viral potential
Cut & edit them into short videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
Add subtitles, captions, and visual hooks

Job Requirements :

A keen eye for viral-wetthy content
Good storytelling sense & understanding of pacing
Skilled in CapCut or other editing tools
Trend-savvy and creative with hooks
Is a plus if you've made viral clips (Performance Based Bonus)
