Job description for Content Marketing Intern at Svested

We recognised the challenges and pain points that companies faced with regards to ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). As such, Svested aims to empower founders with advisory and automation to better utilise employee stock options for acquiring and retaining talent.
About the role:
You will be part of the content marketing team and responsible for delivering an effective content marketing strategy, generating topics and ideas for new and engaging content, writing articles, conducting research and interviews, and editing/proofing the written content of the company.
What you will be doing:
• Conceptualize content ideas individually or in a team
• Deliver an effective content marketing strategy to meet the business objectives
• Manage our social media platforms and curate and produce meaningful posts to engage audience
• Assist in some design work
• Produce various kinds of content, which could include educational articles, presentations, video scripts, reports, website content, and courses
• Write high-quality, SEO-friendly content, while ensuring that complex issues are presented simply
• Understand the dynamics of the industry, grow our blog readership and following through content planning and other means
• Conduct research and interviews to gather facts and opinions for various content pieces

• You are currently studying in a university or polytechnic
• You have experience in copywriting, conducting content research and interview, and scripting interview talking points
• You have experience in social media management and design
• You have a positive attitude and are a team-player
• You can work independently, meet deadlines, and pay attention to details
• You can work well in a fast-paced environment and have strong organization and project management skills
• You have excellent communication, writing, editing, and proofing skills
• You are creative and can develop content that provokes engagement
• You enjoy interacting and talking with founders
