Responsibility :
1. Plan, produce, and execute photo and video shoots (products, events, and campaigns) aligned with company branding guidelines.
2. Edit and optimize visual content (photos, videos, reels) for use across digital platforms, marketing materials, and advertisements.
3. Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and content ideas for marketing campaigns and social media.
4. Create, manage, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
5. Plan and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives and campaign timelines.
6. Monitor social media and industry trends, particularly in Equine Sports Industry, to ensure relevant and up-to-date content.
7. Track, analyze, and report on content and social media performance using analytics tools.
8. Engage with online audiences and communities to build brand awareness and loyalty.
9. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
10. Manage and maintain media production equipment and organize digital assets/files systematically.
11. Utilize AI tools and technologies to support content creation, editing, analytics, and workflow efficiency in media production and social media management.
12. Support integrated marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, landing pages, and offline-to-online activations.
13. Assist in live streaming, events, and other operational or marketing activities as needed.

Technical and Specific Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, Design, or a related field (preferred).
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, photography, videography, or media production.
3. Proven experience in managing brand social media accounts and executing content strategies.
4. Strong skills in photo and video production, including shooting techniques and visual storytelling.
5. Proficient in creative and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom), CapCut, Canva, Figma, or similar.
6. Solid understanding of content planning, social media analytics, and platform tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics).
7. Excellent copywriting skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
8. Creative thinker with a strong sense of visual aesthetics, branding, and current digital trends.
9. Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, editing, and workflow efficiency is a strong advantage.
10. Passion or interest in business, consulting, or family business topics is preferred.
11. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
12. Strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines, multitask, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
13. Professional attitude, well-organized, and goal-oriented, with a high level of initiative.
14. Able to join immediately.
