About Kongsi
Kongsi is building a shared freight platform for Indonesia. Today, trucks often travel partially empty, while businesses shipping smaller loads can end up paying for an entire truck. Kongsi solves this by grouping compatible shipments together, improving truck utilization and making freight more affordable.
We are an early-stage company building toward our MVP. You'll be joining as one of Kongsi's first team members and one of the first people shaping our growth. Your work will directly influence how customers discover, trust, and engage with Kongsi.
About the Role :
As our Content & Growth Associate, you'll help grow Kongsi by telling our story and creating content that generates awareness, credibility, and commercial opportunities.
You'll work directly with the founding team to turn customer conversations, product updates, logistics insights, and company milestones into content that attracts shippers, carriers, and future partners.
What You'll Do:
- Own Kongsi's LinkedIn and website content calendar
- Write and publish content in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Support growth campaigns for launches, hiring, partnerships, and lead generation
- Track content performance and identify opportunities to generate more qualified inbound interest
- Work closely with BD and Product to turn real customer insights into compelling content
What We're Looking For :
- 1–3 years of experience in content, marketing, communications, or a similar role
- Excellent writing skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Comfortable using AI tools to research, write, and edit content
- Curious about startups, B2B, and solving real customer problems
- Organized, proactive, and excited to build something from scratch
Nice To Haves :
- Experience managing a LinkedIn page or newsletter
- Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools
- Interest in logistics, supply chain, or B2B SaaS
What Success Looks Like After 90 Days :
- Our content engine is running: LinkedIn and website content are published consistently through a structured calendar
- Growth is measurable: you've launched campaigns that contribute to qualified inbound leads and partnership conversations
- Kongsi has a recognizable voice: our content feels consistent, clear, and authentic across every channel
- You're operating independently: you can plan, create, publish, and improve content with minimal supervision
