About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented **Content & Creative Producer** to help build brands, products, and audiences through high-quality content. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about content creation, video production, visual storytelling, and social media. You will be responsible for transforming ideas into engaging content across multiple digital platforms while maintaining a strong and consistent visual identity. Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other digital platforms.
- Turn ideas, discussions, notes, and concepts into compelling content.
- Assist in developing content strategies and content calendars.
- Research industry trends and content opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
Video Production & Editing
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and marketing purposes.
- Create motion graphics, animations, captions, and visual effects when needed.
- Produce clean, modern, and premium-quality content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Optimize video formats for different platforms and audiences.
Visual Design & Creative Development
- Design visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand communications.
- Create product mockups, promotional visuals, and presentation materials.
- Ensure visual consistency across all content and channels.
Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Monitor content performance and engagement metrics.
- Provide recommendations and insights to improve content effectiveness.
AI & Content Innovation
- Utilize AI tools to enhance content production efficiency and creativity.
- Explore emerging technologies, trends, and workflows to improve content quality.
- Continuously experiment with new formats and content ideas.
Requirements:
Must Have
- Proven experience using: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar video editing software.
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of modern social media content formats and trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Fast learner with a proactive mindset.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and content creation capabilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to receive feedback positively.
Nice to Have:
- Experience using: Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D software.
- Experience creating content for startups, technology companies, SaaS products, or digital brands.
- Knowledge of branding, marketing, and storytelling principles.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms.
