Deskripsi pekerjaan Content & Community Lead - RG Bali United Football Club
Responsibilities:
- Set and drive the overall content strategy to inspire and empower our community.
- Lead social media content direction, campaign strategy, and creative initiatives.
- Manage content creators, interns, and contributors, ensuring quality and alignment with our brand vision.
- Oversee all content creation and copywriting across social media channels, maintaining a cohesive brand voice.
- Track and analyze social media trends to keep our channels engaging and relevant.
- Take ownership of social media growth, driving increased followers and engagement.
- Plan, organize, and execute community events (both online and offline) to deepen audience engagement.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with influencers, organizations, and other communities that share our values.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, ensuring consistent messaging and leveraging community insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in leading content or community initiatives with a focus on women empowerment.
- Strong strategic skills in social media and content marketing, with experience analyzing and leveraging data insights.
- Exceptional copywriting skills and an ability to produce engaging, high-quality content.
- Proven experience in TikTok video editing and adapting to evolving social trends.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a passion for empowering others.
- Event planning and community management experience, particularly within women-focused or social empowerment initiatives.

Bali United Football Club, is an Indonesian professional football club. The club is based in Gianyar, Bali. The club was founded in 1989. Previously known as Putra Samarinda before moving their home base to Bali and changing their name to Bali United in 2014. We were playing from 2001 to 2006 in the First Division before promoting to Indonesia Super League in 2008. We currently play in the highest Indonesian Football League.
