Job Responsibilities
- Paid & Organic Content Execution: Plan, script, and produce creative video content for paid social media ads (Meta, TikTok) and organic social media channels.
- Conversion & ROAS Focus: Create engaging, highly communicative ad content specifically designed to drive sales, improve conversion rates, and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Creative Concept Development: Generate innovative, audience-centric video ideas, craft compelling storytelling, write persuasive copywriting, and direct visual formats tailored to target consumers.
- Brand & Product Ideation: Assist in developing and refining brand concepts, messaging, and product positioning strategies.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics of ad creatives to continuously test, iterate, and optimize creative performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Fluent English On-Camera Talent (Mandatory): Highly communicative, articulate, and natural in front of the camera with strong English speaking skills.
- Industry & Audience Understanding: Strong camera presence with a deep understanding of content trends and consumer psychology in the Home Care & Personal Care sectors. (Note: This role focuses on short-form video creation, NOT live-stream sales).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- End-to-End Creative Execution: Proven ability to take content from initial idea and scripting to filming and final execution for both organic and performance ads.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional skills in creative ideation, storytelling, and visual presentation tailored to target demographics.
