About the Role
We're looking for a creative and driven Content Creator to produce engaging content across our social media channels—including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Threads. In this role, you'll bring ideas to life—creating content that connects with students and young professionals, grows our community, and brings our mission to a wider audience. This is a flexible, outcome-based role open to anyone with the talent and drive to create great content, regardless of formal background.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging, high-quality content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Threads (posts, reels, short videos, stories, and more)
- Adapt content and tone to fit the style and audience of each platform
- Understand and follow the content development process from concept to publication
- Use content creation tools to design, edit, and produce polished deliverables
- Communicate clearly and collaborate with the team on ideas, feedback, and direction
- Stay current on social media trends and apply them to grow reach and engagement
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Experience managing social media content and creating content for an organization's or company's social media accounts
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, or similar)
- Solid understanding of the content development process
- Familiarity with content creation tools (design, photo, and video editing)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to deliver on time
- A portfolio or examples of previous content (preferred)
