- Passionate about beauty and content creation on Instagram, TikTok, or other social platforms
- Creative mindset with a strong interest in storytelling, trends, and digital media
- Good communication and interpersonal skills — a team player
- Eager to learn, able to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude
- Detail-oriented and organized, with basic time management skills
JOB DESC :
- Assist in planning and developing content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
- Support in analyzing content performance (engagement, reach, etc.) and brainstorming improvements
- Take trendy, aesthetic photos/videos (you can even be the model!)
- Learn and use editing tools like InShot, VN, or similar apps
- Help write basic captions or content in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Stay up to date with beauty trends, TikTok/Instagram algorithms, and content strategies
