Personix Digital Talent Assessment is opening an internship opportunity for Psychology graduates who want to combine the study of human behavior with the world of client relations and business development.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and sourcing potential leads through social media, networking, and market research.
- Help analyze client needs using behavioral insights to support the team in proposing tailored solutions.
- Support the team in preparing and developing persuasive draft proposals for clients.
- Help build good relationships through active communication and assist the team with follow-ups on pending deals.
- Assist the team with data processing, maintaining accurate prospect records in the system, and handling other related administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Active university students (currently in any semester / final year) or fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Ability to apply psychological principles to professional client interactions.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented in handling data, team-focused, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
