Deskripsi pekerjaan Consultant - Accounting and Tax Ilya Consulting
Lead and manage accounting and tax engagements independently for multiple clients across various industries. Deliver tax advisory, ensure full compliance, and identify tax optimization opportunities while mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for clients
- Prepare and review tax returns and ensure timely filing (PPh 21, 22, 23, 25, 29, PPN)
- Handle tax audits, objections, and correspondence with DJP (KPP)
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients
- Review and supervise work prepared by junior consultants
- Identify tax risks and planning opportunities in client engagements
- Maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Accounting with 5 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with 3 years of experience
- Experience in KAP or Accounting and Tax firm preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (UU PPh, UU PPN) and DJP procedures
- Proficient in MS Excel, e-Filing, e-Faktur, and accounting software
- Experience handling tax audits or disputes is a strong plus
- Brevet A&B required; Brevet C is an advantage
- Good leadership, analytical, and communication skills
