Deskripsi pekerjaan Construction Supervisor Habitat For Humanity Indonesia
Job Purpose:
Ensuring the preparatory and construction process of Home Partner houses achieve results that are in line with HFH Indonesia's vision and mission; ensure that local government regulations are met.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure job safety for all workers and volunteers at the time of housing construction
- Provide construction design (technical drawing, construction specification, bill of quantity, time schedule).
- Provide budget management and planning.
- Provide basic construction training designed for community.
- Monitor the quality of material and assure that construction implementation meet the standard.
- Responsible for all Habitat equipment needed for the construction process
- Making project report.
- Manage construction staff (foreman, labour).
- Socialization to community according the decent and safe house.
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Civil Engineering with relevant experiences.
- Required skills: Construction design, Budget Management and Planning.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Good communication and reporting skill.
- Good Leadership skill
- Good knowledge in Autocad/Sketchup program and Ms.Office.
- Strong servanthood and good human relations at all level.
- Exposure or direct experience in NGO work is a plus.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Preferably domicile in Batam
