Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction, civil works, and MEP systems
• Proficient in project scheduling and S-Curve analysis
• Strong analytical skills in material quantity and resource planning
• Able to read and interpret structural, civil, and MEP drawings
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on-site and handle project deadlines
Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage, and control construction and civil projects from start to completion
• Supervise structural, civil, and MEP works to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
• Develop and monitor project schedules including S-Curve (S-Curve Analysis)
• Analyze project progress, deviations, and corrective actions
• Analyze material requirements, quantities, and procurement planning
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Control project costs, quality, safety, and timeline, Prepare project reports and documentation
