Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Experience managing residential, villa, hospitality, or commercial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience coordinating consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Willing to travel between project sites as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise Site Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project schedules, progress, resources, and project costs.
- Review and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to management and clients.
- Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely material and equipment delivery.
- Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and delays to maintain project performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Support project handover, final inspections, and project close-out activities.
