Project Manager – Construction

Rentaved is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Construction to lead the development and delivery of a boutique hotel project in Nuanu, Bali.
About the Project
The project is a 41-room boutique hotel located within Nuanu, a new creative destination in Bali spanning approximately 44 hectares.
The Project Manager will work closely with the Project Owner, architects, consultants, QS, contractors, and site team to ensure the project is delivered effectively and to the required standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day project execution from redesign through handover
- Manage project schedule, critical path, risks, and overall delivery
- Coordinate Architecture, Structure, MEP, QS, consultants, and contractors
- Coordinate multiple contractors across different project scopes
- Monitor project budget, committed costs, variations, and cost-to-complete
- Manage procurement, tendering, and contractor performance
- Identify and resolve design and construction coordination issues
- Monitor QA/QC and HSE compliance
- Prepare clear and regular progress reports for the Project Owner
- Build and manage an efficient site team
- Drive the project toward target completion and opening
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in construction/project management
- Proven experience personally delivering comparable construction projects
- Hotel/hospitality experience is highly preferred
- Experience with mixed-use or high-end residential projects will also be considered
- Strong knowledge of construction, Architecture, Structure, and MEP coordination
- Strong project planning, scheduling, and critical path management skills
- Experience with budget, procurement, variations, and cost control
- Strong QA/QC and HSE knowledge
- Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills
- Good English communication skills
- MS Project and Excel proficiency preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
