The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. The role involves coordinating with teams, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality and budget constraints. The professional will also be responsible for resolving issues, managing risks, and ensuring the project progresses efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Construction Project Management, including planning, execution, and project delivery.
- More than 3 years experience as project manager or 5 years as site manager.
- Experience in Project Coordination and the ability to efficiently work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Expertise in Budgeting and financial management for construction projects.
- Knowledge and experience in Construction Management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in general Project Management, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in construction-related software and tools is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
