Construction Manager
Job Role:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Bandung. The Project Manager will oversee project timelines, coordinate with various stakeholders, manage project resources, and ensure timely project completion. Responsibilities include regular inspections, expediting processes, and logistics management to maintain project flow and efficiency.
Job Description:
- Lead and manage all construction work from start to finish.
- Make sure the project follows the timeline, budget, and design plans.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Supervise daily site activities and solve problems on site.
- Plan and manage the delivery of materials and equipment.
- Hold regular meetings and report progress to the company.
- Ensure all work follows safety rules and building regulations.
- Handle inspections and make sure the project is ready for handover.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience managing building projects, especially malls or commercial sites.
- Good at leading teams and solving problems on site.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Can use project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Understand structural work, plumbing, electricity, and design integration.
- Able to manage budgets, timelines, and contracts.
- Willing to work full-time at the construction site in Soreang, West Java.
