Requirement – Construction Manager
Position: Construction Manager – Construction Management

Minimum Experience: 7 Years
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related engineering discipline.
Minimum 7 years of working experience in construction management, project management, site management, or construction supervision.
Experienced in handling construction projects across several industries, such as industrial building, manufacturing, commercial building, pharmaceutical, healthcare, data center, infrastructure, or other engineering-related projects.
Experience in pharmaceutical, cleanroom, healthcare, or GMP-regulated facility projects will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of construction management processes, including planning, scheduling, coordination, supervision, quality control, safety control, progress monitoring, and project reporting.
Able to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary construction works, including:
Civil and structural works
Architectural works
Mechanical works
Electrical works
Plumbing and sanitary works
Fire protection system
HVAC and utility system
Process utility or clean utility works, if applicable
Able to lead site coordination meetings with client, contractor, subcontractor, vendor, consultant, and internal project team.
Able to review construction drawings, shop drawings, method statements, material approvals, technical documents, work schedules, and contractor submissions.
Able to monitor project progress against schedule, identify delays, prepare mitigation plans, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
Strong knowledge of quality control and quality assurance procedures during construction, including inspection, testing, commissioning, and handover process.
Familiar with HSE requirements and able to ensure construction activities are carried out safely and in compliance with project safety standards.
Able to prepare and review daily reports, weekly reports, monthly reports, progress reports, MOM, site instructions, NCR, punch list, and handover documentation.
Able to manage project risks, site issues, technical conflicts, and coordination problems during construction.
Good leadership, decision-making, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure project delivery meets quality, cost, safety, and schedule requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in engineering consultancy, EPCM, construction management consultant, main contractor, or project owner representative.
Experience in factory, pharmaceutical, cleanroom, hospital, commercial, or industrial facility projects.
Familiar with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, BIM/Revit/Navisworks, and Microsoft Office.
Good understanding of construction contracts, variation works, progress claims, BAST, and handover procedures.
Able to communicate professionally in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
Having certification in project management, construction management, HSE, or related professional certification will be an advantage.
